Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size, incorrect item ordered, or change of mind.
We only offer refunds or exchanges in cases where the item received is damaged or defective. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.
To start a claim, please email us at daarrahma@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item in question.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases.
Note: We do not refund or reimburse any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to your order.
EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will send a replacement of the same item once we receive and inspect the original item. Exchanges are only provided for the same product originally ordered.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
SHIPPING COSTS
We will cover return shipping costs only for approved cases of damaged or defective items.
