SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship all orders from the United Kingdom within 2–5 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK (Mainland): 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or courier delays.
TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
daarrahma.com is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges incurred upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing an international order.
RETURNS DUE TO UNDELIVERED OR UNPAID ORDERS
If an order is unexpectedly returned to us, including cases where customs duties or taxes remain unpaid, a refund will be issued once the item is received back.
Please note: original shipping costs will not be refunded, and a £2 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
